COLDROOMS
We use different size coldrooms that are South Africa Bearer of Standards approved (SABS), run by a trained team of professional hygiene specialists; and controlled by set company policies that are effective with daily proven results.
FRIDGE TEMPERATURE
We use various temperature controls for different product lifespans, some products require a higher temperature because of their hard outer layer content, and some require lower temperatures as mentioned.
BULK SUPPLY
Our logistics department is capable of supplying from small to large quantities, province to province, country to country and as well as imports and exports. Importing and exporting products allows for an exchange in fruits and veggies products.

SEASONS
Fruits and vegetables are seasonal, they grow in different seasons for a proper rotation; and the same natural phenomenon keeps us at our best because we are able to plan, research and order in advance because our partners always produce the best.
P AND M FRESH PRODUCE is a 100% black owned BBBEE Level 1 enterprise based in Alberton North and has branches in Lebowakgomo, Limpopo Province and, Northwest Province. The company commenced operation five years ago, but was formally registered in 2020 and its main focus is the packaging and processing of fresh and frozen agricultural produce; e.g. fruits and vegetables.
